Weekly Freeride Programs

CBA is open year-round and offers weekly and summer camp programs designed for athletes of all ages and abilities. If you have limited available time throughout the year, but still want to experience the CBA training environment, we are pleased to host individuals or groups for one or more weeks of training at your convenience. (sunday arrival; all day training Monday - Friday; Saturday departures). Multiple weeks are encouraged to take advantage of the high altitude training.

7:00 - 7:30 a.m.          Breakfast
8:00 - 12:30 p.m.        Athletics

12:30 p.m.                  Lunch

1:30 - 2:30 p.m.          Performance Training
2:30 - 3:30 p.m.          Mental Conditioning
3:30 - 5:00 p.m.          Sport Specific Training
5:00 - 6:00 p.m.          Free Time

6:00 p.m.                    Dinner

7:00 - 8:15 p.m.          Film Review (Depending on program)
8:15 - 10:30 p.m.        Free Time

11:00 p.m.                  Lights out
